Gamma-Neutron Backpack Radiation Detector.

The PoliPack™ GN is a gamma-neutron Backpack-Based Radiation Detection System (BRD) equipped with a highly sensitive portable radiation monitor carried in a compact backpack and controlled remotely via the wired control unit or a smartphone with the free Polismart® iOS and Android App.

The PoliPack™ BRDs are rugged, lightweight, and fast deployable devices that provide prompt and reliable detection, location, and identification of multiple and masked isotopes. The device is ideal for undercover radiation surveys in crowded areas, addressing the problems of orphaned and maliciously introduced sources and ensuring security before and during mass events.

STANDARD PRODUCT WARRANTY

(a) Analytical Instruments Services (AIS) warrants that all Polimaster products supplied by us are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

(b) Subject to clause (c), if the product fails to operate for any reason within the warranty period and the product is returned to our Sydney office at the buyer's expense, AIS will repair or replace the unit free of charge. AIS will replace the unit if it failed out of the box or if it failed within 7 days after receipt of goods.

(c) The warranty referred to in clause (a) is subject to the following conditions:     (i)     The product must be returned to our Sydney service center with proof of purchase.     (ii)     The product must not have its serial number removed, defaced or changed, its housing opened, power supply altered, nor have         been tampered with in any other way.     (iii)    Failure of the product must not be due to misuse, improper installation, connection to a wrong voltage or power requirements, or other abuse or misuse.     (iv)    AIS will not be responsible for damage or loss caused during shipping

(d) Any product which is found to be faulty due to abuse, misuse or improper installation will be charged to the buyer at AIS' hourly rate and spare parts costs.  

AIS will ship this product anywhere in Australia. Shipping turn-around times will depend on the availability of the product. Shipping cost will be advised in our formal quotation.
